How to order:
The case is made to your size requirements. The length and width can be any dimension within the ranges given above.
e.g. MVD-03x450x400 = Length 450mm, Width 400mm and Internal Depth 120mm (D3)

TECHNICAL DATA

Enclosure Each case section consists of die-cast Zinc corner castings with extrusion profiles

Enclosure temperature range -40ºC to +90ºC

Ingress Protection IP 65 / DIN 40050

Lock Key lock with double-bit fastener.

Front and Rear Panels 3mm anodised aluminium front and rear panels are secured from inside the case. As a result, there are no visible fixing screws. Both panels are recessed to allow easy location of membrane keypads or labels, as well as providing protection for control switches, displays etc.

External Mounting Brackets Option 'A' - supplied on request.

Suspension Mounting We can machine the case with the necessary mounting points for the suspension system.

Handle System Option 'I' - supplied on request
Steel Tube - powder painted Traffic Red RAL 3020 or black RAL 9005.

Condensation Glands - IP 67
(on request) Gortex condensation glands can be fitted to the cases on request. These are especially useful when there is a large variance in the operating temperature over a short period, which can result in condensation on the inside of the enclosure. These glands ventilate the case while maintaining IP67 protection.
