TECHNICAL DATA

Enclosure Each case section consists of die-cast Zinc corner castings with extrusion profiles

Enclosure temperature range -40ºC to +90ºC

Ingress Protection IP 65 / DIN 40050

Lock Key lock with double-bit fastener.

Front Panel 3mm anodised aluminium front panel with no visible fixing screws. The front panel is recessed to allow easy location of membrane keypads or labels, as well as providing protection for control switches, displays etc.

Rear Panel 3mm anodised aluminium rear panel with no visible fixing screws. The rear panel is recessed to allow easy location of membrane keypads or labels, as well as providing protection for control switches, displays etc.

Panel Mounting Both the front and rear panel are fixed from inside the case. This provides the high sealing protection and ensures that there are no visible fixing screws on the front.

Suspension Mounting We can machine the case with the necessary mounting points for the suspension system.

Handle System Option 'I' - supplied on request
Steel Tube - powder painted Traffic Red RAL 3020 or black RAL 9005.

Condensation Glands - IP 67
(on request) Gortex condensation glands can be fitted to the cases on request. These are especially useful when there is a large variance in the operating temperature over a short period, which can result in condensation on the inside of the enclosure. These glands ventilate the case while maintaining IP67 protection.
