Enclosure Front frame - 4 Die-cast Zinc corner castings with extrusion profiles
Rear section - welded galvanised steel box

Enclosure temperature range -40ºC to +90ºC

Lock Key lock with double-bit fastener

Front Frame There are no visible front panel fixing screws. The front panel is recessed in the front frame to allow easy location of membrane keypads or labels, as well as providing protection for control switches, displays etc.

Front Panel 3mm anodised aluminium front panel is secured at the rear of the front frame.

Internal mounting M5 holes provided inside the rear section for mounting your assemblies.

Hinge Two robust hinges secure the front frame to the rear section

Suspension Mounting We can machine the case with the necessary mounting points for the suspension system.

Condensation Glands - IP 67
(on request) Gortex condensation glands can be fitted to the cases on request. These are especially useful when there is a large variance in the operating temperature over a short period, which can result in condensation on the inside of the enclosure. These glands ventilate the case while maintaining IP67 protection.
