ROLEC have added ten new smaller sizes to their existing range of
aluCASE diecast aluminium enclosures. These modern and easy to use
IP 67 enclosures have many intelligent features to make installation of the electronics or electrical equipment very easy.
For example, a recess is provided in the lid for mounting a membrane
keypad or product label, and unsightly hinges and visible fixing screws are
no longer the norm with the integrated hinge design, and clip-in trims which
hide the case and wall fixings screws.
Extras such as wall brackets are no longer needed as these
diecast enclosures incorporate screw ports for wall mounting, even when the unit
is assembled, and accessories are not required to keep the lid retained as two lid retaining straps are also provided.
The aluCASE enclosures are manufactured in diecast aluminium GD Al Si
12 and are supplied powder painted in window grey, RAL 7040. With the
ten new sizes, there is now an unrivalled range of twenty four models with
external dimensions form 75 x 50 x 33 mm up to 330 x 200 x 120 mm.
M4 screw bosses are provided in the lid and base for mounting PCBs and
assemblies. Other options include two models with transparent lids, and
EMC or IP 69K rated gaskets.
