ROLEC manufactures a large range of IP66 enclosures in diecast and extruded aluminium. The aluFACE and topVISION enclosures are available with hinged front and rear sections, which give improved access to the internal components and assemblies. This is especially useful for installation and servicing when the housings are mounted to a wall, machine or suspension arm. These versions are fitted with robust hinges and a security lock with key.
The aluFACE range of robust aluminium enclosures is suitable for all types of industrial uses and features an ingress protection rating of IP66. The aluFACE range is manufactured from die-cast aluminium DIN 1725. Sizes range from 120x120x80mm to 640x320x153mm.
Five different case types are available: Type KE with a single piece front frame, KSE with hinged two-part front frame, KCE with shallow hinged front frame, KVE with fixed two-part front frame and KVE with shallow fixed front frame and shallow base section.
Internal mounting is provided with M6 screw ports, and the anodised aluminium front panels are secured into the front frame from the rear side.
As there are no visible front panel fixings, membrane keypads or product labels can be fitted into the front frame with ease. Earthing points for the front frame and panel are provided.
The
aluminium enclosures supplied with the base in the standard colour of light grey RAL 7035, and the front frame assembly in window grey RAL 7040. Other colours can be supplied on request. Accessories for the aluFACE range include an internal mounting plate, hinge, lock fasteners, and side handle.
The topVISION enclosures feature a progressive modern design, manufactured from aluminium. Ideal for housing control equipment with large displays and keyboards, these enclosures feature an ingress protection rating of IP54.
The topVISION range is especially suitable for mounting onto our suspension arm systems, and feature a hinged front frame incorporating a recessed anodised front panel.
These controller enclosures are available in a wide range of standard sizes from 300x200x157.5mm to
600x400x207.5mm, with custom sizes available on request.
An additional keyboard enclosure can also be made to suit the specification. Accessories for the topVISION range include mounting plates, handles and keylock fasteners.
