The robust and versatile conTROL series enclosures from ROLEC are suitable for housing many different types of electrical and electronic devices.
These new enclosures have a recessed lid which provides protection for the control buttons. Four standard sizes are available: 130x85x55, 130x85x78, 180x85x55 and 180x85x78mm.
These diecast enclosures offer ingress protection of IP66, or IP67 is possible on request with a special gasket. Standard models are powder coated in silky grey RAL 7032, or in silver grey RAL 7001 on demand. Special paint finishes are also available such as corrosion proof coatings and stove-finished structured paint.
Mounting points are provided in the base and lid sections for fitting DIN-rails, mounting plates, PCBs and keypad assemblies. Small ribs in the base are compressed by the lid ensuring excellent EMC contact throughout.
The conTROL enclosures benefit from competitive pricing as expensive EMC gaskets are not required.
Accessories include mounting plates, external mounting brackets, lid hinges and terminal mounting rails.
ROLEC offers a full customising service on these enclosures with CNC milling, drilling, silk-screen printing, assembly of cable glands and terminals and much more, providing a fully finished housing ready for fitting the components.
