The ROLEC polyTOP range of polyester enclosures can be specified with optional lid fixings including tamper-proof screws for applications such as security and safety systems factory equipment and terminal boxes.
Five types of lid fixings are available each with different head formats: screw driver slot, thumb screw, triangular collar, square collar, and allen head screws.
The polyTOP series is manufactured from fibre glass re-inforced polyester
in grey RAL 7032. Black versions are also available to order. The range consists of 13 standard sizes with external dimensions from 82x82x60mm to 404x404x160mm.
The standard ingress protection rating is IP66, but this can be increased to IP 67 with the optional gasket.
The polyester enclosures are corrosion proof as all metals parts are manufactured from stainless steel.
The polyTOP range is fully insulated. Threaded screw bosses are provided on the inside of the lid and base for mounting assemblies and PCBs. Accessories include external mounting brackets, mounting plates, DIN-rails and cable glands.
ROLEC offer customised enclosures based on this range, with CNC milling, drilling, silk-screen printing, assembly of cable glands and terminals and much more, thus providing a fully finished housing ready for fitting all the components. |
