QUADRO SYSTEM EXTENDED Rolec has added three new components to it's robust and adjustable QUADRO suspension system, making it even more versatile. Suitable for medium to heavy duty loading, typical applications for this system are machine controllers and industrial process control equipment. The new components include an easy access elbow joint, rotating socket joint for anchoring the arm and a new type of coupling for mounting the controller enclosure. The new elbow joint and enclosure coupling are made of die-cast aluminium and the socket joint is made from spheriodal castings. Like the existing components, these new parts are powder coated in window grey RAL 7040, with the flexible covers on inclination couplings being light grey RAL 7035. The tube elements are available in 50x50mm, 60x60mm, and 80x80mm square cross-sections, and are manufactured from steel which is powder coated in light grey RAL 7035. This suspension system holds an ingress protection rating up to IP54. Cables are easily installed, and the system is quickly and effortlessly adjusted when in position. The QUADRO system also features a very high static stability. The QUADRO system is compatible with Rolec's topVISION, multiVISION DISPLAY and multiVISION KOMMANDO enclosures.
