SPACE SAVING aluNORN IP 66 ENCLOSURES Rolec Enclosures has introduced its new aluNORM enclosures, available with different sized lids to cover all requirements. With common channels for lid fixings and external mounting screws, the aluNORM range provides extra internal space. Available in four versions, the AS, AD, AF and AH, the aluNORM enclosure range features an ingress protection class of IP66 or, on request IP67 with special gasket. These enclosures are available in sizes to suit a wide variety of applications from 50x65x40mm up to the 640x210x120mm. Manufactured from die-cast aluminium, the aluNORM enclosures are available in the standard colour of powder coated silky grey RAL 7032, or an optional colour of silver grey RAL 7001 at no extra cost. Custom colours are available on request. Accessories for the aluNORM range include internal and external hinges, an internal mounting plate, external mounting brackets, and a terminal mounting rail. Prices for the aluNORM range start at £7. These enclosures can be fully customised with holes and cut-outs, silk-screen printing, painting or moulding in alternative materials, and much more, to provide a bespoke solution to the design engineer.
