Advanced proCON Suspension Arm System ROLEC has introduced its proCON suspension arm system, ideal for use in machine controller applications. The advanced proCON suspension arm system features a load capacity of 30kg up to a length of 1500mm without an intermediate joint, and up to 15kg with an intermediate joint. The easy to assemble components include clip-on side panels to allow fitting assembled cable harnesses with sub-D connectors. Knurled screws allow adjustable restriction settings on the enclosure couplings. The system elements are composed of powder coated aluminium bronze painted in light grey RAL 7035, with the ABS plastic side panels also being light grey RAL 7035. The tube elements are available in 70mm or 48mm round, and a 60x40mm square cross-sections, and are manufactured from steel, which is also powder coated in light grey RAL 7035. This suspension system achieves an ingress protection rating up to IP 54. Cables are easily installed, and the system is quickly and effortlessly adjusted when in situ.
