aluQUICK Robust Flange Enclosures ROLEC's aluQUICK enclosures feature a robust construction and flange plate apertures in the sides, meaning that several enclosures can be fitted together using the in-line coupling kit. The coupling kit and flange plates are secured by spring clips, making mounting and de-mounting without tools possible. The working area through the opening is 106x44mm. The aluQUICK range is based upon ROLEC's aluNORM enclosures and is available in five sizes ranging from 240x160x100mm to the largest at 400x200x120. Blind flange plates can be easily machined to suit a wide variety of cables and switches, etc. Connector flange plates can be used for multiple connectors, and ROLEC also supplies flange plates for data cables. A high protection rating of IP 66 ensures that the aluQUICK range of enclosures can be used in harsh environments. Accessories for the aluQUICK enclosures include internal and external mounting plates, internal hinges and terminal mounting rails. ROLEC can customise these enclosures with holes and cut-outs, silk-screen printing and much more to provide a finished enclosure ready for assembly of the components and assemblies.
