READY TO USE IP 66 ENCLOSURES

ROLEC offer a complete solution to designers of electronics and electrical equipment. Bespoke enclosures fully finished and ready for final assembly of a customer's components, can be provided through a vast range of modification procedures. ROLEC's team of engineers can evaluate and implement technical modifications, which will fully integrate both electronic and electrical assemblies.

The company manufactures a huge range of IP66 enclosures in die-cast aluminium, polyester, polycarbonate and ABS. All of these ranges can be customised to suit the customer's technical requirements.

CNC milling, drilling and tapping can allow for the mounting cable glands, connectors and switches into the case walls. Special performance EMC and IP gaskets can be added, as can hinges, DIN rails and earth points. Further customisation can machine large apertures for LCD modules into the lid of the enclosure.

In order to customise the look and feel of the enclosures, special materials, silk-screen printing and non-standard colours are available on demand, and tampo printing can provide indicator lines, logos and instruction legends on recessed surfaces.
