Customised ROLEC Enclosures We can supply our enclosures fully machined and ready for mounting your electronic or electrical equipment - thus leaving you free to concentrate on final assembly. Our factory is equipped with the latest CNC milling and drilling machines which can mill holes and cutouts for fitting connectors, switches, displays etc., and can drill and tap fixing points for base plates and assemblies. We can also remove internal pillars and ribs to create extra space for your components. Our metal enclosures can be painted by powder or wet paint processes, in your chosen RAL colour scheme, and our plastic enclosures can be moulded in alternative colours and materials. We also offer a silk-screen printing and engraving service which can reproduced your legends and logos on the external surfaces. Other customising options include EMC shielding, and assembly of cable glands, hinges and brackets on the outside, and DIN-rails, terminal bars and terminal blocks on the inside. We can offer our customers the possibility of tooling modifications in order to create bespoke enclosures, at competitive rates. Depending on the quantities required, we will agree to pay the tooling costs ourselves. This option is suitable for major changes, and/or large quantity or high value applications. |
